The Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) was organized by CYI on January 28th 2022 and held online because of the COVID19 Pandemic situation. There were a few participants from each partner institution. The purpose of the meeting was to specify objectives, roles, tasks and responsibilities necessary to participate in the project and to determine motivation and commitment to the people who will take part as the project team. The main goals of the Kick-off Meeting were a familiarization with the project, agreeing and setting the communication and sharing procedures, reviewing the project’s activities, initiating the creation of the multidisciplinary methodology and defining the development of the R1.
